30 Minutes Challenge: Degi Chana Pulao Ka Raaz! 🕒 Dosto, aksar log kehte hain ke pulao banane mein ghanton lagte hain, lekin aaj main aapko bataoonga ke kaise aap sirf 30 minutes mein degh jaisa khushbu-dar Chana Pulao taiyar kar sakte hain. Iska asli secret hai "Smart Cooking" – agar aapke paas chane pehle se uble hue (boiled) hon aur chawal bhigoey hue hon, toh ye recipe kisi bhi fast food se jaldi taiyar ho jati hai! 🛒 Ingredients : Chawal (Rice): 1 kg (Kaynat 11-21 ya Basmati - 30 min bhigoey hue) Chane (White Chickpeas): 200g (Pehle se uble hue / Pre-boiled) Oil: 1 Cup (Sarson ka tail ya Ghee) Pyaz (Onions): 4 medium (Sliced) Tamatar (Tomatoes): 2 medium Adrak Lehsan (Ginger Garlic Paste): 2-2 tsp Mix Achar: 2 tbsp (Secret Ingredient) Hari Mirch: 6-7 (Sabit) Khara Masala: Sabit Dhaniya, Zeera, Kali Mirch, Long, Badi Elaichi, Badiyan ka phool, Tezpat. Powder Masalay: Namak (2.5 tsp), Haldi (1/4 tsp), Dadri Mirch (1 tsp), Lal Mirch (1 tsp), Kali Mirch powder (1/2 tsp). Garam Masala Powder: Last mein chirakne ke liye. 👨🍳 Method : The 5-Minute Base: Sab se pehle oil garam karke kharay masalay karkaraen aur pyaz shamil karein. Pyaz ko soft hone tak pakaen (Jalana nahi hai taake rang kharab na ho). The Aroma: Adrak-lehsan ka paste dal kar bhunein, phir halka sa pani dal kar tamatar aur tamam powder masalay shamil kar dein. The 30-Min Shortcut: Ab is masalay mein Pre-boiled Chane shamil karein. Chane pehle se uble hue hain, isliye yahan aapka bohat sara waqt bach jayega! Sath hi mix achar dal kar 2 minute bhun lein. Boiling: Rice ke hisab se pani shamil karein (5 glass). Jab pani ubalne lage toh bhigoey hue chawal aur hari mirchein dal dein. The Perfect Dum: Jab pani khushk hone lage, toh upar garam masala chirak dein aur kapray ka dam laga kar 20 minute ke liye chor dein. Result: Sirf 30-35 minute ki mehnat aur aapka shandaar khila khila Chana Pulao taiyar! 💡 Pro-Tip for 30 Minutes: Agar aap k pass waqat kam ha ya achanak mehman aa jayein, toh hamesha chane ubal kar fridge mein rakha karein.
