-READ BEFORE WATCHING- Severus Snape is not a happy man. He's bitter, broken, and lonesome. Ever since he started spying on the Voldemort again, he's been having a hard time holding on. Hermione Granger, our favorite Gryffindor know-it-all, has been observing her professor for quite some time, and promises herself to become someone he can trust and confide in. At first, Snape ignores Hermione, thinking she is merely wanting extra points on her potion essays. However, overtime, he begins to form a special bond with her. Through the next couple years, their bond grows stronger and stronger. Hermione keeps to her word through the years, promising that she would always be there for him and that they'd make it through together. Hermione spends a great deal of her free time with her professor, and she's always there when he's hurt. She often waits for him to return from Death Eater meetings so she can help him heal any injuries he receives. Before the beginning of Hermiones 6th year at Hogwarts, Snape makes the Unbreakable Vow with Narcissa Malfoy, which then leads to Dumbledores death at the end of the year. Hermione can tell that Snape is even more depressed than ever toward the end of her 6th year. She tries to persuade him to tell her what's wrong, but he refuses. An argument heats up between them on the day of Dumbledore's death. After the death of Dumbledore that same night, Hermione, feeling betrayed by Snape, yells at him in anger before he flees with Draco. About a month passes, and Hermione and Snape come in contact with one another. Snape, guilty for his choices in life and murdering Dumbledore, finally breaks down and tells the only person he can trust, Hermione, the whole truth about himself and Dumbledore's planned murder. As he lets his grief out, he feels an emotion overcome him "This is guilt." he chokes out, while Hermione listens to him. Hermione, feeling sadness for Snape, forgives and comforts him. Months later, the final Battle takes place. Death Eaters attack Hogwarts, and Hermione ends up in their clutches. Snape hurries to save her, and kills Lucius Malfoy in the process. At the end of the Final Battle, Harry Potter finally brings an end to Voldemort's reign of terror, and the war is over. Snape, not as broken and depressed than he was before, feels that, because of Hermione Granger, he can keep holding on. That night, the professors and students decide to have a ball in celebration of Voldemort's defeat. Snape and Hermione end up going together, just as friends... for now. -- This is just a basic rough draft I wrote for this video in five minutes. The way I pictured this was WAY more detailed and not as rushed in my head. Some of the parts in this draft arent included in the video, but it might explain some things anyway. Although Im a HUGE SS/HG supporter, this can be viewed as either SS/HG friendship or romance. When I made the video, I was originally thinking it'd be just a friendship one.
