Tiki-Ti night at the Desert Oasis Room continues, and on this episode we make an Oil Change cocktail with their very own bartender Greg Bansuelo! For the FIRST TIME ever, Greg is going to show you how to make this drink from the legendary, World Famous Tiki-Ti bar in Los Angeles, California! The Oil Change is a drink that was invented by a customer during the lean years before the first resurgence of Tiki in the early 90's. This is a tasty and refreshing drink, reminiscent of a Bomb Pop or Otter Pop frozen treat! Oil Change 1.5 oz Vodka 1.5 oz Sweet and Sour .5 oz Blue Curacao (or to desired color) .5 oz Grenadine Start by filling collins glass with crushed ice. Build drink in glass wtih vodka, sweet and sour mix and blue curacao. Float grenadine and stir with bar spoon when finished. Garnish with pineapple wedge speared with a cherry.
