This is a battle between the ZPM powered BC-304 Odyssey with Asgard beam weapons, one of the most powerful ships in the Stargate universe versus the Enterprise E, the flagship of the Federation at the time of its service. Both of these ships are very powerful, the Enterprise E has very advanced shields and weapons such as Phasers, Photon Torpedoes, Quantum Torpedoes and the rarely used but very powerful Phased Plasma Torpedoes. The BC-304 Odyssey is powered by an Asgard core, complete with Asgard shields and beam weapons as well as ZPM to power everything to its maximum potential. This means shields which are capable of withstanding a direct hit from a solar flare for a limited amount of time. Does the Enterprise E have the fire power to take out the Odyssey?
