Throughout my research of this claim, I could not find anywhere within the court documents if this was true. I had also found some articles and videos that claimed this was a ruse by the investigators and some that say that it is actually unclear whether this claim is was ruse or not. Since I was unable to verify with 100% certainty whether it was true or not, I did my best to touch on the matter without making it a major talking point.
