5 Challenges in a New Leadership Role

When you take on a new leadership role at work or are about to transition into one, you want to show up as a leader at the next level . This means elevating yourself in areas like establishing your presence and profile, communicating with impact and gravitas, influencing outcomes and thinking strategically, and having a vision.
