Here is a rare and collectible Benedetto Archtop Guitar. This is Bob's first ever slim body guitar. In fact see the pic below of the Benedetto Log Book from 1978 showing this guitar's entry. The body is Maple and Spruce and just " deep making it easy to hold and giving it some extra midrange punch. A gorgeous Walnut Burst adorns the guitar as do matching Florette inlays on the headstock and tailpiece. Even the bridge base is inlaid with scalloped blocks that match the custom fretboard markers. A custom bound pickguard houses volume and tone controls for the single pickup. It's a joy to have a vintage Benedetto Archtop, especially one that is the first of it's kind ever made.
