Sows in a Down Comforter (Gourmet Pigs in a Blanket) Ingredients: 2 sheets of puff pastry dough 12 pre-cooked sausage links Stone Ground Mustard Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Top baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Cut pastry dough into 6 squares. (Cut along fold lines and then across the middle.) Using a rolling pin, roll out squares until they are a little longer than your sausage link. Squeeze a line of mustard down the middle of the pastry. Lay sausage on top of mustard. Fold top and bottom of pastry over the sausage, then fold the sides around. (You can use a little water on your finger to help seal the dough. 3. Lay fold side down on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Ginger Toffee Cake Ingredients: 1 spice cake mix 1 can ginger ale 1 package milk chocolate toffee bits Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to mix thoroughly. Pour batter into prepared dish. 3. Bake 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
