ET, and Clyde. Deer season isn’t just a moment in the year for us, because there’s always something to be doing on the farm. A lot of miles and hours go into improving the land and stacking the odds, all leading to a high-stakes moment, when he steps into bow range. The story takes place during the fall archery season in southeast Iowa— where I work as a Land Specialist for Whitetail Properties Real Estate.
