Tastes absolutely heaven. So here are the list of ingredients and its substitutes : Butter All Purpose Flour ( Butter and all purpose flour should be in equal quantities ) Milk Cream Freshly grated Cheddar Cheese ( I recommend you to freshly grate Cheddar cheese to get that cheesy feel to your Mac n' Cheese ) Boil Elbow Macaroni with water and salt Put the cheese sauce into Macaroni Refrigerate for 2 - 3 hrs Scoop out Mac n Cheese Shape into cylinders and bend a bit from center Make Slurry with : Cornflour All purpose flour Rice flour Salt Pepper Ground Crunchy Cheetos ( You can use your favorite flavor of Cheetos ) ( As a substitute you can use Kurkure or any such brand according to your taste ) Refrigerate the cylinders until firm Deep fry into medium hot oil ( Bake at 180C as an alternative ) Serve hot and most imp with love ...
