If You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.” (Surah Al-A’raf 7:23 – Dua of Adam عليه السلام) ⸻ 3. رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ Rabbi inni lima anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqir “My Lord, I am in absolute need of whatever good You send down to me.” (Surah Al-Qasas 28:24 – Dua of Musa عليه السلام) ⸻ 4. رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanah wa fil-akhirati hasanah “Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good…” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:201) ⸻ 5. لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ La ilaha illa Anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimin “There is no deity except You; exalted are You.
