TTC High Park Station has a simple bus terminal situated beside the main pedestrian access to the station. At the time of recording in November 2023, routes 30 High Park North and 189 Stockyards served the station, with Queensway Division supplying Nova Bus LFS buses. Orion VIIs were also used, however not on the day of recording. Signage for route 203 High Park remained, however the route operated only on weekends over the summer in 2023, and it has been recommended that the route does not return in summer 2024 as a result of low ridership.
