http://helpinghow.com/ Helping Orphans Worldwide is a non-profit organization committed to providing hope, health and security to abused, abandoned and neglected children living in the most deprived areas of the world. Our work has so far taken us to southeast Asia, specifically Vietnam and the Philippines. Here, we have found children who have fallen through the cracks of humanity children who do not fit into the categories of those being helped by worldwide organizations. It is these forgotten children that HOW searches for. HOW works in several orphanages in Vietnam. A majority of the precious children living in these orphanages have major physical and developmental disabilities. The lack of doctors, medication and physical therapy equipment, make this a desperate situation. Through continued research into the immediate and long-term needs of these facilities, HOW has developed a plan of action that enables us to work at a grass-roots level.
