Solo travel for introverts can be a little difficult at times. As a deep introvert myself, who is also neurodivergent, travelling quietly can be challenging. It doesn't have to be, and that's why I'm here to help you out. Sometimes, a stroll in the park, a hike in the mountains, or a meal out alone can feel like medicine to all the stressors you may experience during travel. Never let anyone bring you down for the choices you make. Rather have an early night in than a late night out? Go for it. Someone unhappy about it? Let them.
