The patient’s position and anaesthesia are explained in depth. All the critical steps have been demonstrated in the video. This was a case of cancer oesophagus, and we are doing Three fields of Mckeown Esophagectomy. We have restricted this video to a thoracotomy demonstration, and this tutorial has not covered the esophagectomy part. We have demonstrated our time-tested and complication-proof technique and hope surgery trainees worldwide find it helpful.
