Sydney turned on the sunshine today ☀️ and I’m taking you through some of my favourite local spots: a legendary sandwich shop, the fluffiest Japanese cheesecake, a drink with Opera House views, and a ferry ride to Manly. We begin at Hyde Park before heading to South Dowling Sandwiches, a locals’ favourite famous for massive, flavour-packed creations. From there, it’s over to Uncle Tetsu’s on George Street for their light and fluffy Japanese cheesecake. Afterwards, we hop on the light rail to Circular Quay where you’ll see the Sydney Opera House, enjoy a drink at Opera Bar, and finally jump on the fast ferry to Manly, exploring the Corso markets and ending the day at one of Sydney’s most loved beaches.
