EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR CLASS: —A pair of dish towels/sliders (paper plates work if you're on carpet) - if you're not using dish towels, still have one on hand —Light hand weights (I'm using 2lbs) - soup cans, water bottles, even lacrosse balls work, too! Pilates Slide classes mix Mat Pilates work with sliding sequences inspired by the megaformer. Class is a continuous flow, but we'll generally focus on one muscle group as a time as we move from sequence to sequence.
