In this episode, we present a very rare case of combined elbow injuries in a pediatric patient: posterior elbow dislocation, severely displaced radial neck fracture, and ulnar diaphyseal fracture in an 11-year-old girl. Case Summary: After a fall on an outstretched hand, this unusual triad of injuries was identified on radiographs. The patient underwent closed reduction of the dislocation, followed by percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation of both the radius and ulna with temporary radiohumeral arthrodesis. A long-arm cast was applied for 6 weeks, followed by structured physiotherapy.
