This video highlights my role as the 68W Combat Medic Sustainment Coordinator, where I led the design and delivery of sustainment training cycles for U.S. Army Combat Medics. Key Responsibilities Shown in This Video: Managed simulation-based sustainment training to maintain readiness for all 68W Combat Medics in the footprint. Ensured full compliance with Army EMS standards, TC 8-800 (Medical Education and Demonstration of Individual Competence), and NREMT guidelines. Recruited, trained, and evaluated instructors while serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the program. Partnered with Mayo Clinic and Army medical units (3rd MCDS/345th/301st FH) to coordinate TeamSTEPPS simulation training in Jacksonville, FL. Oversaw program planning, budgets, personnel assignments, and cross-department coordination to ensure all training requirements were met.
