There are multiple paths to this level, however it is important that you collect the 3 loot items(and first collectible) before vaulting up through the first window and dropping down into the courtyard, and make sure you have 25 loots before you exit the study at the top of the house. After that sequence there are several that you cannot backtrack to collect and there is a final collectible piece in the room with many patrolling guards.
