La Tensa, borgo montano sulle alture di Domodossola, abitato fino ai primi anni Sessanta, andò incontro ad un progressivo degrado; i terreni, sui tipici terrazzamenti, furono invasi dal bosco. Circa 20 fa anni l’intervento di recupero eseguito nel rispetto delle tipologie costruttive del territorio, utilizzando in prevalenza pietra e legname locali, ha riportato alla luce la Tensa in tutto il suo splendore! Ora adibito in tutto il suo complesso ad Agriturismo. La Tensa, a mountain village on the heights of Domodossola, inhabited until the early 1960s, underwent a progressive deterioration; the land, on the typical terraces, was invaded by the wood. About 20 years ago, the restoration work carried out in compliance with the building types of the area, using mainly local stone and wood, brought the Tensa to light in all its glory! Now used in its entire complex as an Agriturismo.
