The Oregon BDR is the newest Backcountry Discovery Route and it just so happens to run through my home state, so I had to be one of the first to get out and ride the entire Oregon BDR from start to finish, motorcycle camping and riding my Honda CRF450L the entire way. This full-length Oregon BDR film covers the entire five day Oregon BDR motorcycle trip. Our ORBDR trip was filled with a ton of awesome moments, amazing views, the Cache Mountain expert section, and more...but it also had quite a bit of adversity including losing one of our group members to heat stroke, a KTM 690 crash, and narrowly escaping section 7 just as a forest fire started raging on the other side of the Columbia Gorge. The ORBDR is an amazing route filled with tons of diversity and it's a great showcase for the fantastic motorcycle riding and motorcycle camping opportunities in the state of Oregon.
