Welcome to this 15-minute Sexual Empowerment mini workshop from Her Time Therapy. In this foundational session, we explore the anatomy of the vulva and clitoris with clarity, accuracy, and zero shame. Many people were never taught how their own bodies function, especially in relation to pleasure. Some have never even looked at their anatomy. This workshop offers an opportunity to change that. You will learn to: • Correctly identify the anatomical structures of the vulva and clitoris • Understand how cultural messaging has prioritized reproduction over pleasure • Reclaim the truth that pleasure is not a bonus, but a birthright When you understand your anatomy, you gain language. Language supports advocacy. Whether in a medical setting or an intimate moment, knowing how your body works allows you to communicate clearly, consent confidently, and honor your own experience. Inside this workshop, we cover: • The Vulva – The external genital structures of a female-identified body, including the mons pubis, labia majora, labia minora, clitoral hood, urethral opening, vaginal opening, perineum, and anus • The Clitoris – The clitoral glans is only the visible portion. The clitoris contains more than 10,000 nerve endings, is composed entirely of erectile tissue, and exists solely for pleasure • The G-Spot – A spongy area along the front vaginal wall believed to stimulate internal portions of the clitoris • Arousal and Orgasm – The physical and neurological processes that occur in female bodies during arousal and climax Understanding your body is an act of empowerment. Continuing to learn about pleasure, anatomy, and desire challenges cultural silence and shame. Knowledge supports autonomy. Autonomy supports pleasure.
