Mallikarjun Kharge wrote to the secretary general giving the notice to include the no-confidence motion in the list of business on March 27. "This House expresses No-Confidence in the Council of Ministers," the notice stated. Earlier today, Lok Sabha Speaker adjourned house proceedings for the day following noisy protests by opposition MPs. The no-confidence motion moved by TDP and YSR Congress once again could not be taken up due to the unruly disruption.
