In this video I have made two vegetable #frankie recipes also known by various names like #Katiroll, #Kathiroll, #vegKatiroll, #vegroll, #PaneerRoll, #FrankieRoll, etc, This is an amazing #Indianstreetfood recipe that is super easy to make and delicious. This recipe will also be a filling for breakfast / lunch / #eveningsnacks. Serving size : 2 Ingredients: #PaneerFrankie (15mins marination time) 1: Paneer - 200g 2: Paneer marination : 3 tbsps yoghurt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala & salt. 3: Oil - 2-3 tbsps 4: Onion - 1/2, capsicum - 1/2,ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp, frankie masala - 2 tbsps 5: Tomato ketchup - 1-2 tbsps 6: Wheat/Plain flour for roti & butter 7: lemon - 1/2 Directions: 1:Add oil, onion & capsicum. Saute it for a while before addig ginger garlic paste. Add frankie masala & marinated paneer to it. 2: Saute it together, add lemon & ketchup. Let the paneer mixture come to boil. 3: Now the stuffing is ready to wrap. 4: Add red chilli sauce, mint chutney & paneer. Add little frankie masala, cheese & tomato ketchup. #Noodlefrankie 1: Instant Noodles - 1 pack 2: Onion - 1/2, capsicum - 1/2,ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp, frankie masala - 2 tbsps 3: Oil 2-3 tbsps 4: Sugar, salt - 1/2 tsps each 5:Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsps 6: Coriander leaves for garnish 7: Water - 1 cup Directions: 1: Add oil, onion & capsicum in a pan. Saute them together. Now add ginger garlic paste to it & saute it until raw smell goes. 2: Add ketchup and add little water to it. 3: Add sugar, instant noodles (#Maggi) or any noodles. You can also use #Ching's noodles. 4:Once noodles is softened its ready to plate with your desired toppings. Note: While making noodles stuffing do not add water in one go instead add them little by little as we don't want it to be soupy for this recipe.
