Though it looks easy, this exercise is actually extremely difficult. Do 2 minutes of these at a very slow, controlled pace. They can be done on a wall or on the floor with your knees bent. Make sure to keep your butt, mid-back, shoulders, and head against the wall while you try to slide your elbows, forearms, and hands along the wall. Start by making a “U” shape with your arms and pull them down slowly into a “W” shape. Squeeze the muscles in the mid back where a bra-strap would connect. We assume most people know where that is!
