I Spent a YEAR Writing This Piece

This is the second part of my Poem of Enchantment. Piano: oracuru I began writing this piece in May 2024 and finished it in May 2025. During that year, the piece was rewritten almost from scratch — twice, or perhaps three times. Each version was abandoned and replaced by a new one, until the final form slowly emerged. I have long been inspired by Scriabin, especially by his piano poems, as well as by Chopin and the poetic character of his piano music. From the very first idea, almost nothing remains. Only a small motif survived🥹, along with the theme of the second part. Everything else had to be let go.
