The repair process is basically the same. Whether your shingles are damage from wind hail or any other damage, start with removing the damaged shingles with a flat bar. Make sure to remove any nails that are sticking up. Then reinstall the new shingles. Make sure any of the compromised seal strips get a small dab of sealer, otherwise they could blow out again. I used the AJC mag hatchet to do this repair. I use it for mast all repair work I do! It is definitely worth the cost! It will speed up your repair and save your fingers from being smashed!
