This video demonstrates a hysteroscopic myomectomy using a novel technique called RoBEEM (Roller Ball Electrode Enucleation of the Myoma), developed to expand the indications of TCR to include large type 2, type 3, and cervical myomas. The procedure consists of: Pseudocapsule dissection using a roller ball electrode Centripetal slicing technique (Thumbing carve method) Single sheath continuous irrigation (SSCI) Real-time surgical scenes with English captions Pre- and postoperative MRI imaging This case is presented as part of a clinical study that is currently being prepared for submission to the *Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology*.
