During lockdown in Malaysia, with everything closed and restricted movement implemented everywhere. My second sister, Sabrina finally found the time to try to make some changs. Normally she will be too busy running her hair salon businesses then cooking. Anyway, family and friends loved her changs so much. They said it was so delicious! Sabrina then decided to advertise it on her neighbourhood apps, just to test the market. Soon orders started coming in, one after another. Once a businesswoman, always a businesswoman! That’s what my sister is, she just can’t sit still. There are still orders requesting for her changs even though she had stop making them as the lockdown has now been lifted. She’s back at her hair salon, busy cutting hair... Ingredients:- For meat filling... 1kg pork belly - cut into strips 60g mushrooms - soak overnight 100g shallot - slice 80g garlic - chopped 2tbsp taucu (minced bean paste) 4tbsp cooking oil 2 red chillis (optional) Species - 50g coriander powder 40g white pepper powder For rice filling... 1kg glutinous rice - soak overnight or at least 4 hours minimum 50g shallot - slice 2tbsp cooking oil 2tsp salt - add into mushroom water 300ml mushroom water - water used to soak mushroom 5tbsp blue pea flower extract - boil blue pea flower in 100ml water for a few mins 50pcs bamboo leaves 15pcs pandan leaves Thank you for watching our video, appreciate all your support.
