In honor of May the 4th, we've created our own riff on Brian Maxwell's "Death Star" cocktail. Combining elements from the original Chief Lapu Lapu, we attempt to create a drink that has a nice balance of sweet, tartness, and funk. Hopefully you find it impressive.. most impressive. That's No Moon 1 oz Lime juice ¾ oz orange juice ¼ oz cinnamon syrup 7 dashes bitters 1 oz passion fruit syrup ¾ oz calvados 1 ½ oz pineapple rum 1 oz overproof jamaican rum (rum bar) Shake with ice, strain into brandy snifter or Mai Tai glass filled with crushed ice.
