The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Fatou Bensouda, has now submitted to the court an account of how the government of Kenya has allegedly frustrated investigations into the Kenyan cases. Her submission includes details of how witnesses have reportedly been intimidated and how office of the prosecutor staff members have been subjected to surveillance by the government of Kenya. However, attorney general professor Githu Muigai has denied the allegations and insists that he would rather the matter is discussed by all parties to the case.
