The complications of adenoidectomy surgery using a Coblation mode is a relatively rare because the surgery is done under the vision, the surgery done with the tool is capable of controlling bleeding on the spot and also evaporating the tissue instead of cutting or scoring. If the surgeon makes sure that only the adenoidecomy tissues are removed and not the lining over the muscle called perimisium is not touched then they wouldn't be any complication the rarest complication is sometimes the rare bleeding after 12 days which normally can happen if there is any infection because the child and the parent has not taken care post opperativly, it is relatively very safe procedure.
