In this video, I want to talk about Laureles. Laureles is a popular neighborhood among Expats. Today I'll focus on why it sucks relocating to that specific neighborhood. Of over 100 clients we had so far, 90% of them loved Laureles! When we show them around during our Sneak Peek Tours we always include Laureles, Poblado, Envigado and sometimes Sabaneta and other neighborhoods. After our clients decide to actually relocate to Medellin, they usually end up in Poblado or other neighborhoods but usually not Laureles. Why's that? Laureles is a pretty small neighborhood and doesn't have a lot of NICE furnished apartments to offer. Poblado on the other hand is huge and has beautiful and modern furnished apartments all over Poblado. That's one of the main reasons people end up living in Poblado or other neighborhoods.
