Bajo Control waren vor Distante aus Buenos Aires dran. Auch mit Sängerin. Auch spanischsprachig :) Yippie :) Leider ham sie vor ihrem Gig alles lauter gemacht, weil manche meinten die Gitarre müsse lauter klingen usw. Und irgendwann hieß es "todo arriba" (alles hoch (frei übersetzt lauter)). Und so hat man dann gefühlt net ganz sooo viel vom Gesang gehört behauptet meine Erinnerung. Aber egal, geil wars trotzdem und ne Kassette zum mit lautem Gesang anhören, hab ich ja ha ha :D Eins der Bajo Control Shirts war auch cool, ein Mädel (Comicfigur) tritt einem 1312 :D ;) in die Eier :D ha ha :D 1 a :D Bajo Contol were on stage before Distante. And Bajo Control also had a girl on vocals. And their songs were also in spanish language. Yippie. Maybe the voice is not so loud because before their set some people from the audience said that the guitar amps should be louder and then someone you heard "todo arriba" (everything (more) high) ha ha. But in the end its equal, it was great / awesome. And for can listening it was loud voices / chants, I can use the split tape with Distante, which I bought ha ha :D So, who cares :D Show was great. And maybe in the video here itselfs ist maybe even better than I think to remember he he. Also Bajo Control have a cool T Shirt (of coure they have several designs), but one where a girl (comic girl) kicks a 1312 ;) :D in the eggs / balls ha ha ha :D "Straight Edge Hardcore - Madrid, ES Solíamos ser Infame. It’s very difficult to explain but I’ll try my best and I’ll try to sum it up as much as I can. To me, it’s a political statement. It’s trying to change this fucked up world where you need to do drugs to go partying, to socialize, to bear with your shitty jobs, to deal with depression and anxiety, to deal with trauma, etc. It’s trying to make a difference, to show people it’s possible to live like this. To show people who are addicted that you can overcome drugs, that you can quit them and still be happy, socialize and have no need to do them anymore. It’s to be against a system that wants you to be quiet, alienated, not organized, unmindful, ignorant, weak… It’s to show yourself you’re brave and strong, to believe in yourself, to be proud of who you are and who you’ve become and respect yourself in different ways. And yes, of course you can do drugs and be everything I have just said, not trynna be condescending in any way, it’s the way I feel about myself when I look back. Straight edge is not being above anybody, it’s not being better than anyone, it’s not being smarter or anything than anyone. It’s to support, understand, respect and help if needed your surroundings.
