ZELUS is a fully automated production line designed for the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of concrete products using either the wet-cast or dry-cast process, depending on the configuration. The system features automatic mould and product handling, enabling seamless and flexible production for a wide range of product geometries. Key components include precise concrete dosing and fully automated filling of large-format moulds. Integrated frequency-controlled vertical and load vibrators ensure optimal compaction and surface quality, while an optional smoothing device enhances product finish. ZELUS also supports demand-driven production by allowing individual mould selection, particularly beneficial in the wet-cast process. Automated mould and pallet storage systems, as well as fully automatic circulation of both moulds and products, streamline the entire workflow. Finished products are automatically destacked, and extended bypass options allow mould preparation outside the crane area for even greater efficiency. 3 different machine sizes available.
