ITS DONE! The 3.6L Pentastar V6 Engine is assembled and headed down to FL so Ray can get it installed in the van. In this video, I hang the timing chains and reseal the majority of this engine, finishing the final round of "engine work" so that the Tosi family has the best possible outcome from this bad situation. Checkout Ray's channel at @RainmanRaysRepairs Meet the Tosi Family: @TosiFamilyHope For part inquiries visit www.Importapart.com or email us at [email protected] Previous videos on this Van: 1. • Towed In! Ray and I have combined our efforts in helping out the Tosi family with their van. Their 2011 Chrysler Town & Country overheated catastrophically leaving them with just one vehicle. After some careful consideration with Ray, we decided the best thing to do would be fixing a good core engine I had on the shelf and installing it into their van at no cost. Since I've got the engine apart, we're taking care of all of the known problems with these engines which will be detailed in these videos. Why am I doing this? My name is Eric and I own and run a full service auto salvage business and part of our model includes dismantling blown up or bad engines and selling the parts that are still good. We do not rebuild engines, merely supply parts to those who do. This is a special case where I can use parts from a previous teardown and an engine without major issues to build one good engine. Not something I do often! I really hope you enjoyed this video and if you'd like to see the progress on this engine please subscribe to this channel and Rainmanrays channel as the entire process will be shared across both channels. As always I love all of the comments, feedback and even the criticism. Catch you on the next one! -Eric
