The Golden Gate Racepack is a mod that includes a duplicate of San Francisco with 39 brand new races. What you're seeing here is the first checkpoint race of the pack, which largely resembles Beginner's Luck from MM1. Now, I've been working on this mod for about four years, but that's largely because I kept shifting interests right after I make some progress. If you saw the Golden Gate Racepack thread on MM2eXtreme Forums and read the first post, you may notice that there have been some slight changes made to this race, such as different cop locations and traffic abundance in the first half of the race.
