Mona Hobart Experience (Tasmania's Best Art Museum of Old and New)

The Mona Hobart Art Experience is one of the best things to do in Hobart. The best way to visit Mona is to catch the Mona Ferry which departs from the docks and heads up the river Derwent to the amazing Mona. Once you board the boat you will start to realize what it is all about! Mona's artworks are quite confronting and may disturb certain people, so be warned. But the museum is very unique and affordable. Once you reach the start of the museum grab a beer or wine and enjoy some musical entertainment. From here you will weave through amazing out there artworks. I haven't filmed all the art so that I won't spoil the surprises for you. Let's just say it is out there. Once completed after an hour or two head on over to the food and beer area where you can grab burgers and meals. This is great for the kids because it has a sandpit, swings and playground for entertainment. Often a musician will be playing also. After here explore the rest of the grounds at your leisure and take part in some of the extra activities for an extra cost. It is a great day out for all ages and a must-see if you are visiting Tasmania and the Hobart region. Thanks for watching!
