They provide a basic overview of how a co-op becomes a legal entity in Ohio and an introduction to co-op bylaws: what goes in them, and why they matter. She is part of the Community Engagement Practice Group at Legal Aid, representing community groups, nonprofits, co-ops, and low-income entrepreneurs. Her career has focused on community development, nonprofits, and corporate governance. · Nat Ziegler (they/them) works as a paralegal at the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland in the Community Engagement Practice group, supporting representation of community groups, nonprofits, co-ops, and low-income entrepreneurs. Nat is excited about the solidarity economy and grassroots organizing around worker and tenant power in the Cleveland area. They are also passionate about mobility justice and have been involved for several years as a volunteer with Clevelanders for Public Transit.
