Pakistan’s Commerce Minister Jam Kamal Khan met Bangladesh’s Adviser for Industries Adilur Rahman Khan in Dhaka on Thursday to discuss new avenues of industrial cooperation. Talks focused on food security, pharmaceuticals, IT, textiles, and joint ventures, while Bangladesh highlighted opportunities in leather, shipbuilding, agro-processing, and SMEs. The meeting comes as ties improve following Sheikh Hasina’s exit, with further talks planned during Deputy PM Ishaq Dar’s visit on August 23.
