This video contains snippets of a treatment session for one of our golfers. During this session, Dr. Collier treats a golfer with stiff hips using a combination of adjustments, soft tissue treatment, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) exercise, and golf performance exercise. The whole session had one goal in mind, loosen up certain structures of the hip and pelvis and then activate key gluteal muscles needed for a powerful golf swing. Regardless of the patient, we use a vast array of tools to help maximize the body's potential to move efficiently and effortlessly.
