Speediance Gym Monster Review

I had a hard time finding reviews done by "normal" people for the speediance gym. Most of them were really buff and advanced fitness athletes. I wanted to share my experience with this machine and hopefully it helps you! A few things I wanted to mention in the video but forgot to: PROS: 1. Does not take up much space (I did mention this but want to restate how awesome this is to have a gym in my tiny apartment) 2. The variety of exercises speediance offers. They have workout programs that are HIIT workouts, yoga, Pilates, cardio, and of course strength training. I focused on the weights because that is the main reason I bought it for. It has A LOT of exercises to choose from. 3. Easy to use! I am one of those people if I go to a gym and do not know how to use a machine, I do NOT use it! This machine is SO easy to use and super user friendly. If I can figure it out, anyone can. 4. You do NOT have to pay for subscription/membership! (I know I mentioned this but it is SUCH a bonus!). You pay for the machine and then all the workouts are included and they are always adding more. CONS: My only "con" is that they do not offer "modifications" on certain exercises, but again, there are many that you could not do a modification for besides less weight. So really, this is not really a con but more of a "I wish it had". If you are thinking about buying one, I highly recommend it!!! I love mine! And like I have said, since buying this I have done more strength training than I ever have and actually am seeing some muscle gains.
