Bilateral Breast/Chestwall radiotherapy treatment (1 level sib + supraclav), scripted semi automatic planning process. Scripting App is written in Varian ESAPI and currently used with Eclipse V 15.5. Script comes with a GUI interface that defines key interaction with a planner and simplifies the radiation therapy planning process. Script covers multiple sites like Gynecology, Prostate, Breast, Lung, GBM, Head&Neck, etc. Script automatically creates optimization contours, places fields and isocenter optimally, produces an optimization scalable input according to the general rtog/quantec guidelines. This demonstrates best planning practices can be templated via scripting languages, making more room for planner to advance.
