He has devoted the past decade of his career to research and promote the new field of Gender – and Sex Conscious Medicine (GSCM). He is currently head of GSCM at Tel Aviv University, director of the Research Center for GSCM at the Rabin Medical Center and founding president of the Israel Society of GSCM. Prof. Glezerman is also immediate past-president of the International Society of Gender Medicine. He has authored/edited 6 books and over 330 scientific publications and chapters in textbooks. His widely read book "Gender Medicine" has been translated into multiple languages.
