After weeks stuck on the turbo and riding through grim British weather, I needed out. So me and the Liverpool Bonk Squad flew out to Calpe to see if the cycling really lives up to the hype. This is Part 1 of the training camp. Long climbs, smooth spanish roads, and a body that clearly wasn’t fully over a cold yet. Legs felt fine, heart rate did not, but the vibes were good and the riding was mint. I could not believe how many pros were out on the same roads either. I also managed to smash my brand new Insta360 X5 after about 15 seconds of footage. Nightmare. Insta360 DM me lol.
