Meet our new friend Kirthana 🤩 Kirthana Ramarapu is the Executive Director for Learning Parachute, the All India Master Franchise owner for Kinderdance International Inc., USA based company, started in 1981. In India it was launched in 2009 and has reached to different places within India. Kinderdance® is the largest and fastest growing "Education through Dance, Motor Development, Gymnastics, Music and Fitness" program for young children today. Kirthana had her early education in Africa and completed her graduation from India. While living in the US, she extended her education in the field of Computers at UC, Berkeley and earned her technical expertise, customer interaction and people---skills through MNC companies. Moved back from US, attended child developmental courses to enhance her passion towards children. With a family background of enriching years in the field of education, she was always inclined towards this field. She continues to learn the art and understand the skills of dances of different forms like Katak, Kuchipudi etc. She was instrumental in creating the 5---W’s program on Music & Movement and delivers this course to school staff to enhance the curriculum within schools. Kirthana's love for education and passion for dance miraculously coincided with the Founder and President, Carol Kay Harsell which motivated her to perceive and explore her passion to work with kids. She instrumented this as her business as she was impressed with Kinderdance® teaching methods and procedures which are unique as the programs incorporate educational concepts in a developmentally designed curriculum that teaches to the total child. Kinderdance places special emphasis on building “Social---Skills”, "Self Confidence", "Self---Esteem" and addresses “Child Obesity” in young children. Stepping into entrepreneurship, early in life, as serial entrepreneur has a conviction in different fields in India and Overseas which gave her the opportunity to hone skills and have successful business ventures. Her passion includes formulating curriculum and deliver coursework at many Management Colleges like Kautilya Entrepreneurial Managament Institute[KEMI], Acharya B and many other Universities to entrepreneurial students and mentor them to be successful in their creative way. Students from Jain Universitiy, IIM Indore and more encourage their students to intern under her mentorship. She represented India as an Early Childhood Specialist in the field of Movement and Dance at the World Forum Organization held at China. Currently, Kinderdance has touched the lives of more than 60000 young children between ages 18 months ---8 years in India. She has strategically launched Kinderdance's unique concept in many different Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. With her strong belief of making children self-reliant with high self-esteem and high confidence levels at a young age will make them stronger in their adulthood. The company in 10 years has danced its way with more than 70 team members where some have turned Teacher-preneurs, a model that was introduced by her.
