Dumbest move yet for someone taking no joy in turning wrenches. I thought this was going to be a case of cleaning, tuning, and tightening up the bolts. No, that is not what this is. I was informed this had all the engine mount work done. That that bike was rideable with some engine tuning. No, the engine mounts are not finished. Welding is needed. And there is no good packaging scenarious for fitting a radiator. At least, not a stock radiator. One will have to be built from scratch. To say nothing of the exhaust that doesn’t fit. Has no mounting points on it. And no mounting spots on the frame. The engine only has 3 mounting points it turns out. And the really bad part is the rs125 frame has only (2) mount points. The smart move would be to save up my pennies while trolling the web for a stock motor that will fit by design. And which also will make almost 2x the power. And is 2-stroke power. The appropriate solution for a legit factory production racer bike. And likely geared wrong for. A track where the max apex speed is at best, 25 mph. But here I am.. all hopes and promises.
