Attacking the Centre as well as the state government in Manipur, Samajwadi Party MP Dimple Yadav said in the Lok Sabha that whatever happened in Manipur is a case of State-sponsored ethnic violence. She said that the Centre's attitude has been very insensitive with regards to the situation in Manipur. She said that using women as instruments for perpetrating violence is totally unacceptable.
