Shivam Shankaram This is a presentation of Shree Mookambika Cultural Academy® , Puttur. During this crisis time of COVID 19 our institution has already released a video with the amalgamation of various artistes learning in this academy in a single video frame - 'Namo Jagathaam Dhatri', and here we are before you with another video in praise if Lord Shiva with the title 'Shivam Shankaram'. This time we are presenting 40 of our young students who are very enthusiastic in making this video. Shiva is one of the 3 deities - Trimurthys. Even if his job is of destruction of the creation, he is also Sham kara - giver of the auspicious or good. Adi Shankaracharya has described the cosmic form and the eternal qualities of Shiva in the verses Shivashtakam. We have used these verses for our music part which is selected from series of Sri Kuldeep M.Pai - Vande Guruparamparam' sung beautifully by Rahul Vellal. Shiva is the icon of Truth (Sathyam) & Beauty (Sundaram). Hence here we have tried to bring out the real beauty of Nature of our coast lang which is greenly rich. Co-ordination :B.
